Frequently Asked Question

Can I book my reservation on line? No, we ask that you please call to book reservations until further notice.

Is there a resale program at the Resort? Currently, there is NOT a resale program. If you are interested in reselling, we can offer some suggestions, such as: 1. Offering to friends and family first. 2. Listing in the Laconia Citizen, they may be reached at 603-524-3800.

If I am not staying at the Resort, when can I come up just for the day? You may come up any day of the year to utilize the facilities, we are open EVERY day!

May I bring guests? Yes, including the member, there is a FIRM 6 person limit per membership.

Can I just send up people to use the facilities under my membership? No, the member must be present or, the member must make previous arrangements with the Front Desk.

Why have I not received my current year’s Membership card? The resort will no longer be issuing membership cards. Upon entering the amenities building for daily usage, the front desk staff will ask for a form of ID to verify owners’ name in our system.

Can we bring up food to eat by the pool? Unfortunately, no. New Hampshire State Law prohibits food consumption in the pool area. Please ask the front desk where an appropriate area would be.

Is the resort non-smoking? Yes, all units and common areas are non-smoking. We ask that you respect the policy and refrain from smoking while visiting the resort.

How soon can I make my reservations for next year? For Summit Owners owning in buildings 1,2 & 3, reservations may be made nine months (270 days) prior to desired dates. For Summit at Winni Owners in building 4, reservations may be made 7 months (210 days) in advance. Reservation lines open at 9AM.

Can I Email my reservation request? No, currently we are only taking reservations by phone or fax.

Can I book my week without paying the maintenance fees? Yes, you may book your week or split weeks 9 months prior without paying the corresponding years maintenance fees. The fees are du upon 30 days of receipt of the maintenance bill. All maintenance fees must be paid prior to using week at the resort, depositing your week in the Safco rental pool or depositing your week with Interval International.

What days of the week am I able to book my time? Weeks may be booked Saturday to Saturday or Tuesday to Tuesday for 7 nights. Split weeks may be booked Saturday to Tuesday (3 nights) and Tuesday to Saturday (4 nights).

Am I able to stay at the Resort outside of my timeshare? Absolutely, Owners will get a 25% discount on our rates within a 30-day window of the rental time desired.
